Role Overview: Freelance Recruiter (Remote – U.S.)
As a Freelance Recruiter at KPS, you’ll focus on recruiting top talent for FTE (full-time employment) roles. You’ll partner with our Account Management team to fill high-priority client requisitions and manage your own candidate pipelines — all while enjoying the freedom of working remotely with uncapped earning potential.
What You’ll Do
- Recruit for direct-hire (FTE) roles across multiple industries
- Source and attract top candidates through job boards, LinkedIn, referrals, and your own network
- Screen, interview, and qualify candidates for skill, fit, and motivation
- Present strong talent profiles to account managers and clients
- Manage candidate communication from first contact to offer stage
- Build and maintain candidate pipelines for ongoing hiring needs
- Collaborate closely with the KPS team to ensure a seamless client experience
What You’ll Need
- 2+ years of recruiting experience (agency background preferred)
- Demonstrated experience placing FTE candidates (not just contract roles)
- Excellent communication, follow-up, and relationship-building skills
- Strong sourcing abilities and understanding of full-cycle recruiting
- Self-driven with high accountability and organization
- U.S.-based with access to laptop, internet, and sourcing tools
