About the Role:
A respected litigation boutique is seeking a motivated Associate Attorney (3–5 years of experience) with a focus in residential and/or commercial construction law who is ready to take the next step in their legal career. We’re also open to Senior Associate / Junior Partner–level attorneys with proven trial experience and a desire to grow within a collaborative environment.
What We’re Looking For:
- 3–5 years of experience in construction, commercial, or real estate litigation
- Strong research and writing skills — top-tier law school background (Baylor, Texas, SMU, etc.) preferred
- A tenacious, self-starting, and accountable attorney who takes ownership of their cases
- A team player who values integrity, professionalism, and client service
- Attorneys with some portable business seeking to expand their practice are highly encouraged to apply
